Bharat Bhushan Tiwari, 28, a man who said he was trying to change the system, died when police allegedly shot him down a dirt track in Bihar’s Bhojpur district, on June 17. Over a day, he had live-streamed the police surrounding his house, and recorded his anger at politicians’ “false promises”, while brandishing a gun.
