Kerala govt. should explain reason for change of stance on PM SHRI: Pinarayi

He refutes Chief Minister’s claim that the State government had received funds as part of PM SHRI, adding the former LDF government signed MoU as the Union government had withheld the Samagra Shiksha Scheme funds, disrupting important spending in the education sector. Signing of MoU does not bind the State to implement the scheme. It can be implemented only if the UDF government takes a policy decision to that effect
